Job Description:
- End to end management of the recruitment process for all internal and external hires, from graduate to experiences/ professional hires.
- Search, screen and interview potential technical candidates for current and future positions.
- Structuring and negotiation of compensation with successful candidates and Hiring Managers.
- Ability to build and maintain strong relationship with clients, candidates and HR colleagues.
- Providing regular reporting updates and attending appropriate business management meetings.
- Constantly collecting market intelligence based on information gathered through interviewing candidates and liaising with other recruitment agencies to be shared with Management.
- Delivery of specific general human resources and recruitment projects as required.
- Strong organization skills with the ability to meet deadlines and manage priorities.
- Strong influencing and negotiating skills.
- Good communication skills both verbal and written.
- Interviewing & recruiting experience will be preferred.
- Candidates having knowledge of IT & Telecom will be preferred.
