- On hand Experience of load/Stress testing on tools like Load Runner & JMeter
- Well experienced in HP Quality Center/ Test Director and QTP
- Good understanding of Web based applications architecture & testing and Extensive experience in testing of multi-tiered web-based applications
- Certification in QA will be an added plus
- Ability to manage multiple concurrent projects, offering Quality Assurance services across a number of projects
- Good understanding of relational databases and MS SQL Server
- Strong diagnostic and analytical skills
- Excellent in written & oral communication
- Self-motivated, and focused on the delivery of high quality software.
- Can manage and motivate teams
