· Bachelors/Masters in Computer Science or Computer Engineering from a reputed university.
· MBA degree from a reputed institution would be an added advantage.
· 8-10 years of general IT experience in a reputable organization
· 2-3 years of experience in a team lead/managerial capacity preferably in the oil & gas sector.
· Substantial experience with systems implementation and issues resolution; be able to guide the applications team for the same.
· Awareness of existing and latest technologies & trends in systems implementation and support.
· Strong background in supporting and managing UNIX based environments and technical G&G applications would be an added advantage.
· Ability to work independently, take initiative, and set high personal standards.
· Be articulate in written and spoken English.
· Be able to travel domestically and internationally without any restrictions on travel schedule.
