We are a leading Microfinance Bank of Pakistan and we are in need to hire for the following vacant positions:
1. Product Manager (Retail and Saving Products - Islamabad)
2. Product Manager (Housing Finance - Islamabad)
3. Product Manager (Education Finance - Islamabad)
Requirements:
- Master's degree (MBA, Finance preferred) or equivalent from a reputable local university or international university
- 7-10 years experience in the banking sector, as a Product Manager or Product Marketing Manager
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills (English and Urdu)
- Demonstrated success defining and launching excellent products
- Excellent teamwork skills
- Proven ability to influence cross-functional teams without formal authority
- Must be able to travel throughout Pakistan
- Examples and at least one sample of an effective document delivered in the past
- Strong follow up on implementing aggressive growth plans
- Strong cross functional coordination skills
- Excellent analytical skills
- Excellent knowledge of MS Office is required
