- Must have knowledge about funds accounting
- Over all supervision of the finance department function / assigned function
- Ensuring compliance with policies
- Ensuring Tax compliance issues
- Ensuring timely payments / disbursement
- Secretarial and corporate affairs compliance / Timely submission of different returns
- Preparation of financial statements
- Timely execution of audits and other reviews
- Various management reporting
- Continuous thinking and efforts for system / process improvement resulting in cost cut and productivity
- Working experience in an Asset Management Company for the same position would be highly appricated.
