- Strong programming skills in C/C++.
- Strong in algorithm development.
- Familiarity with digital image/video/audio compression techniques is a plus.
- Ability and drive to solve math/engineering problems and do independent research.
- Proficient in designing practical solutions to engineering problems.
- Motivated with an eagerness to learn and take on challenging problems.
- Very good verbal and written communication skills.
- BS in Computer Science/Mathematics/Statistics/Electrical/Electronic Engineering with strong programming background. MS would be plus.
