- BS, Bcs, BCIT, BSIT (Certification will be a value add) .
- 2-3 years experience in Systems Administration .
- Advanced knowledge and troubleshooting of Windows Server 2000/2003, Linux and Exchange Server 2003.
- Advanced knowledge of Internet Information Services 5.x and 6.0.
- Knowledge and troubleshooting of MS SQL Server 2000.
- Working knowledge of web application security, understanding of vulnerabilities and countermeasures .
- Can manage and maintain Network availability for servers (DC, ISA, Exchange, SharePoint, SQL, ORACLE,IIS, MS CRM, MS GP).
- Can maintain 24/7 inter-connectivity (VPNs).
- Can manage SharePoint portal server 2007.
- Ability and desire to learn new skills quickly.
- Effectively communicate issues and resolutions to all levels of the
organization.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality with sensitive customer and internal information.
- Strong problem solving skills.
- Good communication skills.
