We have following job opening for their Karachi office.
Job Description:
► Receive annual objectives of QA & Audit for implementation from Manager QA & Audit after review of previous targets and facilitate compliance through effective execution.
► Develop and document QA & Audit best practices, CMMI and ISO standards complying with the Company’s systems and procedures implementation guidelines.
► Assist Manager QA & Audit in the implementation of Software Process Engineering & Improvement and provide guidance to the relevant teams in the SEPG
► Prepare and develop policies, procedures and guidelines for organizational departments (except Finance) and projects with reference to audit compliance and Company procedures.
► Perform specific tasks assigned by Manager QA & Audit with reference to Internal Quality Audit of different departments i.e. ESDG, HR and maintains Audit Reports.
► Coordinate with concerned departments on Non-Conformities (NCs), internal quality audits and other outstanding actions and follow-up for the compliance improvement
► Participate in project progress meetings and provide requisite suggestions with reference to Company project compliance policies, procedures and guidelines.
► Assist Manager QA & Audit in updating Company policies and procedures according to audits / appraisal findings or as per any change requested by SEPG / VP QA & MIS..
► Assist Manager QA & Audit in providing necessary trainings to the management, project teams and individuals to ensure that operations are performed as per Company QMS.
► Conduct research for best practices in process improvement and share it with the Manager QA & Audit for the improvement of Company capacity building.
► Communicate with all departments of Company for the identification and usage of quality assurance best practices related to projects, programs or business domain.
► Work as facilitator for the recognition of concerned department or individual effort for achieving process improvement and successful implementation of systems and procedures.
Education / Experience:
► BSCS / Computer Science / Computer Engineering
► Incumbent should have 1 to 2 year compliance experience in a similar setup.
► Incumbent should possess knowledge of CMMI and ISO.
Salary Range:
Salary: 25k-30k plus benefits
