Business Analyst required

• Analysis of the business needs of clients to help identify business problems and propose solutions.
• Elicit, analyze, communicate and validate requirements.
• Perform market and competitor analysis.
• Identify options for improving business systems and bridging the needs of the business with the use of IT.
• Work as a communication liaison between clients and project teams.
• Help technical leads to identify resources & assign tasks to the resources via project plan.
• Manage and monitor project progress based on scope and time and perform other project monitoring and controlling work.
• Understands client organization's direction, structure, and requirements.
• Analyzes client organization's industry and competitive position.
• Prepares requirements, specifications, business processes and recommendations.
