-BCS/BS or equivalent
-Preferably 1-2 years experience in software engineering. Fresh graduates may also apply
-Expertise in core Java, especially in J2EE
-Knowledge or experience in relevant frameworks or technologies such as Struts, Hibernate, Spring etc. would be considered a plus
-Strong object-oriented skills
-A problem solving attitude and ability to think out of the box
-Strong commitment to quality
-Good communication skills
-Excellent team player
