Job Opening for Techincal Writer

Job Description
 

·  Working closely with the Technical IT support groups and take responsibility of writing and editing Operations documentation for the different telecom and IT products and services supported.

·  Develop format and style guideline and adhere to them, giving consideration to usability, ensuring accuracy, consistency & Quality of documentation produced.

·  Create, edit and maintain procedural documentation including procedures (SOP's) and/or "how to" user guides and application guides

·  Train new recruits and other department members on the process and procedures followed.

Profile:

·        Graduate in computer Science

·        2 - 4 experience in writing technical / operational / business process documents

·        Excellent communication skills, writing styles and should have an eye for details.

·        Proficiency in MS Office.

·        Functional knowledge of telecom and IT Operations is preferred.

·        Excellent interpersonal, communication & listening skills

·        Excellent analytical and interpersonal skills

·        Ability to work well in a team

·        Ability to work independently with minimum or no supervision.
