- 5+ years in a software engineering discipline with at least 3 year experience in project management- Proven leadership and team skills
- Sound knowledge of software engineering methodologies and project management approaches
- Strong problem solving and analytical skills
- Ability to see the big picture with strong business acumen
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Drive for accomplishment in a challenging work context
- Domain knowledge of electronic transaction processing or stored value cards would be an added plus
