SKILLS REQUIRED
• Experienced in e-learning and blended learning programs, web-
based training development, and asynchronous learning content.
• Designs, develops, and deploys SCORM complaint e-learning
content based on business needs
• Creates graphics, animations, and Web interfaces for e-
learning products using a variety of tools, including the Adobe
Creative Suite, including Flash, Dreamweaver, Fireworks, Photoshop,
Illustrator, and simulation tools, including Captivate, Articulate,
and Rapid Intake
• Can assemble the text, graphics, and animations using
storyboards, graphics, sound files, text, video clips, and animations
to construct the courseware in order to fit content into an
appropriate delivery form
RESPONSIBILITIES
• Ensures performance and quality of the e-Learning product
• Develops course descriptions and related course-specific
documents
• Contributes to storyboarding, authoring, and development of e-
learning content and blended learning solutions.
• Provides multimedia support for the e-Learning courses
• Conducts research and create prototypes of e-learning products
• Conceptualizes, designs, and produces graphics demonstrating
complex technical constructs and concepts.
