- At least bachelors in computer sciences or equivalent
- 3+ years experience in software engineering, including analysis and design
- Expertise in Java, especially in J2EE and related technologies
- Preference will be given to candidates with hands on experience with APIs and frameworks like Web Services, EJB, Java network programming, Struts and Hibernate etc.
- Ability to think in objects and patterns
- Strong problem solving abilities and out of the box thinking
- Excellent communication and team skills
- Drive to excel, lead and deliver
