Experience:
- Minimum 7-10 years of experience of IT industry
- Must have at least 3 years of experience in project management and successfully delivering multiple large & medium size software projects
Criteria:
- Sound project management, team management, client management, software product development skills & leadership skills are prerequisites.
- PMI/PMP certification holder will be preferred.
- Working knowledge of SEI-CMM based process improvement framework would be a plus.
- Candidates currently working overseas and willing to relocate will be an added advantage.
- Must be good in communication skills (speaking, writing, listening, presentation and negotiation skills)
Qualification:
- Bachelor/Masters degree of Computer Sciences, Project Management, Business from a reputed local or foreign university
