Your Responsibilities:
- Receiving, screening and distributing incoming telephone enquiries
- Customer and client liaison
- Administration duties
- Typing of general documents, correspondence and inputting of data
- Mails, couriers and distribution of faxes
- Supervision of in-house staff
Your Profile:
- Graduate with minimum 3 years working experience in a similar position
- Knowledge of Microsoft Excel as well as other Microsoft Office programs
- Excellent communication skills and friendly telephone manner.
