We are looking for a Team Lead for one of our running projects.Ideal Candidate should have7 to 8years' experience in server side and client side ( Ajax ) code development, Java or Ruby on Rails. If Java, needs to have MVC (Struts) experience, and must be interested in moving to RoR as a career move. Must be able to architect frameworks and lead a project team.
The candidate must possess a 4 year Bachelors Degree in Computer Science
Must be able to train the others and keep the project on track.
