Location:
Experience:
- Minimum 1-6 years of experience of managing and performing software quality assurance and testing activities.
- Candidates having automated testing experience will be given preference.
- Candidates having working experience in a process oriented environment would be definite plus.
Criteria:
- Understanding of quality assurance and testing life cycle
- Knowledge of QA best practices
- Exposure to reviews and audits
- Strong understanding of testing methodologies.
- Ability to devise appropriate test strategy and performing test planning
- Execution and tracking of plans
- Ability to design and develop tests
- Capability to document, analyze and communicate test results
- Good understanding of quality models including ISO and CMMI
- Must be good in communication skills (speaking, writing, listening, presentation and negotiation skills)
Qualification:
Bachelor/Masters degree of Computer Sciences, Project Management, Business from a reputed local or foreign university
