HR Manager (Ref: HM/PAK/JAN08)
Reporting to the Operations MD, you will play a true generalist role and will supervise a small team with the aim of implementing all company’s policy, procedures and systems that include: Recruitment and Retention, Salary and Benefit surveys, Leadership Development, Performance Management System and Personnel Management. You will provide guidance and advice to line management on all aspects of HR. The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 10 years relevant experience with at least 5 in a managerial capacity. You must have excellent interpersonal and communication skills and be able to demonstrate your achievements in previous roles.
