Manager Operations:
Job Profile:
Mobilink BBU is looking to hire Manager for managing the deployments and post sales support of the customer premise equipment (CPEs). The Manager would report to the Senior Manager Operations of the BBU. He would be responsible for regional deployment of CPEs; additionally he would be responsible for adhering to agreed upon SLAs of clients, monitor and report KPIs for installations and post sales support.
Experience of 6-8 years in a telecommunications/ISP operations environment is preferred.
- Undergraduate degree in engineering and/or MBA.
- Strong analytical skills.
- Process development and management.
- Project Management skills.
- Quality Systems.
- Excellent communications and presentation skills.
- Fluent with MS office applications including MS Visio.
- The positions are based out of Islamabad and Karachi.
