Cisco Network Support Executive required for 24×7 NOC operations in Warid tier 4 Data centre.
Cyber Internet services is Managing Warid Enterprise data network services in Pakistan. Cybernet has Network Operation and Maintenance support Contract with Warid Telecom. We have required 2 guys for our 24×7 NOC operation team.
JOB Descriptions:
You will be required to support multinational WAN’s based on Cisco Routers and Switches. You will handle both proactive alerts for management systems as well as reactive calls from a customers helpdesk and IT Specialists. Problems will be managed through to conclusion via external PTT’s and hardware vendors. Working knowledge of routing protocols such as OSPF, BGP, RIP and EIGRP to troubleshoot configuration issues is required. You will need good LAN/WAN, Routing, Switching and security skills. CCNA and/or CCNP certification is expected along with previous telecoms experience.
