JS Global is looking for a candidate with excellent Database administration skills to take over the installation, configuration and operations of the Clients databases as well as manage Data warehouse operations.
Requirements:
- Hands on experience on Mission – critical / live Oracle databases.
- Analyze and develop new databases.
- Upgrade, patch and maintain production databases
- Backup & Recovery planning.
- Maintaining high level of Data and System availability.
- Exposure to Data Migration between Applications.
- In depth knowledge of the current leading databases, development
- tools, middleware tools, hardware platforms and operating systems.
- Oracle Application Server 10g exposure will be a plus
- Implementation of Oracle Disaster Recovery solution will be a plus
- Have strong skills in Data Modeling, Administration and Migration.

- Oracle Application Server
- PL/SQL
- Knowledge and experience on other databases will be an added advantage.
Qualifications:
- At least possess 4 years Bachelors Degree in Computer science or related discipline
- Minimum 2 years hands on experience in Database Administration
- Additional certification in OCP DBA and or MCDBA etc will be a big plus
