CUSTOMER SERVICES OFFICERS-Service Quality

This position will be responsible for monitoring the Complaint Management System as a front-end user. Will address all customer related queries in order to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
Responsibilities Include:
- Identification of process gaps that affect overall service delivery level and propose feasible recommendations.
- Coordination with other departments to provide quality resolution to external customers.
- Contribution towards compilation of monthly MIS and root cause analysis.
- Propose suggestions for process improvement
The applicant must possess good problem resolution, interpersonal and communication skills.Should have strong customer service orientation and should be adaptable and a good team player.
- Minimum one year Customer Service experience.
- Should be a graduate, within the age limit of 25 years
