You will manage client’s Lotus Domino Servers via remote access.
Helping Service Desk Agents troubleshooting users’ Lotus Notes Client issues
Working on trouble tickets
CLP preferred will be a plus
Performing daily Lotus Notes administration tasks such as Notes ID creation, recertifying Notes users, moving Notes users to different OU, etc.
Performing routine server maintenance tasks such as maintaining AdminP db, synchronizing users’ mail file and databases on clustered servers, etc.
Troubleshooting Domino Server issues, e.g. server crashed or hung, users unable to access the Domino server, etc.
Configuring, maintaining and troubleshooting ScanMail
Assist Team on Lotus Domino/Notes Projects.
Requirements:
Diploma or Degree in Computer Science or Engineering.
At least 3 years working experience in large Lotus Notes environment spanning multiple users
Able to speak clear and fluent English.
A proven professional with excellent interpersonal, written, verbal, presentation, time management skills and strong team player
