These should be B.E or B.Tech in hardware with 6 months of basic experience, training will be provided on Media services related CTI hardware, trouble shooting, knowledge on maintenance and configuration of hard disk repair, LAN/WAN configuration, Internet setup, installation of Servers (IIS), Exchange Server, and ISA Server.
