Skills:
- 8 – 10 years experience in IT SDM, DC Operations, KPO industry, Internet Service & operations
- Strong analytical, client servicing, mediation and problem resolution skills.
- Must be good in presentation skills
- Demonstrate ability to analyze and resolve organizational issues
- Must have handled a team of 30 plus people.
- Excellent communication skills, leadership and team work
Job Responsibilities:
- Primary point of contact for all Emerging Market customers and must therefore be comfortable and confident liaising with various clients and teams.
