We’re looking for a VMware virtualization expert with the following skills
Strong communications skills - ability to work with customers to:
o Discuss virtualization technologies, understanding of the differences between them and able to articulate the advantages of each
o Able to present to all levels of client organization
o Good writing skills - able to provide a concise and structured recommendations for solutions as well as explain solutions.

Technical knowledge of VMware and other virtualization technologies
Capacity Planner
Strong working knowledge of the VMware products
Certified in the VMware products
Demonstrated and reference customer deployments of the previously mentioned technologies
Working knowledge of Microsoft virtualization suite a plus
Practical knowledge in at least one or more other Microsoft technologies

Candidate will work in a highly decentralized and customer facing environment
An experienced consulting architect with skills in Microsoft Windows 2003, AD design, and Exchange 2003.
Experience in industry leading Systems Mgt platforms (e.g. SMS, NetIQ, Altiris), Security, Terminal Services/Citrix, Virtualization( e.g. VMWare ESX), SQL, Sharepoint, Cisco products a plus
A consultative approach to develop, present and explain the value of proposed infrastructure solutions to customers
Functions in a technical lead capacity
Education and Experience
Bachelor of Computer science
