Job Description:
- This individual will be reporting to the Development Manager and will be a SME (subject matter expert) in assembling and retaining a team of architects and developers who specialize in various skills pertaining to custom application development.
- The candidate must have technical custom applications knowledge and know how to lead and mentor his team as well as learn from the Development Director.
- He should also have knowledge on how proposals are written and how time/budget estimations are compiled.
