Job Description:
  • The HR Manager will guide and manage the overall provision of Human Resources services, policies, and programs for the entire company. He will report to VP Offshore Development.
  • Will develop and implement policies regarding employment and working conditions and also hire new staff.
  • Primary Responsibilities will include Development of the Human Resources department, Organize and co-ordinate the recruitment and election of new staff, Design and implement staff appraisal systems and develop effective training policies, Advise general managers on disciplinary issues, Monitor employment legislation, Advise senior management on pay and conditions, retention rates and business policy affecting employee relations, Keep up to date with best practice in recruitment and selection, maintain staff records.
  • Skills Required: Business awareness and the ability to translate an organization’s commercial objectives into HR policies, excellent administrative skills, Ability to negotiate and mediate, Interpersonal flair, Analytical skills, and Flexibility. Software house experience a plus.
