MONDO is looking for a System Support Engineer who will provide online support/solutions to our international Clients.
Candidate will be providing online support installing/troubles hooting IT systems/Severs and remote troubleshooting.
The ideal candidate should have the following skills:
-Windows 2003 Server (and above)
-Knowledge of SQL server
-Knowledge of SQL
-Windows Terminal Services
-Knowledge of XML and Web Services will be an added plus
-Knowledge of Watchguard firewalls and VPNs
-MCSE preferred (not essential)
Candidate must also have:
-Excellent Communication skills
-Good organizational skills
-Strong awareness of client service
-willingness to work on flexible/rotational hours
