- A degree in computer sciences or equivalent
- 3+ years experience in software engineering
- Hands-on experience of configuring and programming Asterisk based IVR, PBX or telephony systems. Experience or knowledge of voice recognition technology and systems would be considered a plus
- Expertise in C/C++ and Java. Preference would be given to candidates with command in both C++ and Java
- Ability to think in objects and patterns
- Strong problem solving abilities and out of the box thinking
- Excellent communication and team skills
- Drive to excel, lead and deliver
