The Eligibility
The incumbent must be a business graduate from a reputed institution having post qualification working experience of seven to ten years in real estate sector having good command (verbal and written) on English and should be capable of:
· Planning and executing surveys and building database of market statistics.
· Planning Sales & Marketing Strategy in different phases of the project and its pricing
· Understanding the product, its salability and an ability to infer & present its differential features
· Meeting assigned sales targets
· Handling overall advertisement campaign of the scheme on print and electronic media
· Building an efficient sales team, motivating and imparting proper training.
