Supply Chain Manager - 5 to 7 years experience
Responsibilities:
· Heading the department since last one and half year, major responsibilities include: Planning, Forecasting, procurement, logistics, Inventory Management, Warehousing and System Implementation
· Insure maximum performance of operations providing service levels
· Manage logistics operations as part of the total supply chain maximizing service levels while minimizing costs
· Manage warehousing and loading operations to insure all procedures/ processes/ guidelines are functioning properly and that finished product integrity is maintained from the production line to customer receipt
· Responsible for the overall supervision and control of Purchasing, Warehousing and Inventory
· Establishes and implements Purchase, warehouse & Inventory policies and procedures
· Oversees and revise all the systems generated reports related to Supply Chain operations to ensure compliance with quality standards;
· Organizes and supports the vital Supply Chain processes: receiving, order preparation and dispatch
· Manages stock levels of different locations with efficacy in procurement, supply chain and distribution processes
· Coaches and educates team to ensure strict compliance with the policies and procedures
· Analysis market trends and delivery conditions to determine present and future availability of materials, and develops a risk management plan to secure business critical inputs
· Provides relevant information to management in order to support effective decision making
· Managed a reduction of the supply base and cost saving benefits of by developing closer supplier relationships, negotiation, the re-engineering of business processes & performance specifications
· Responsible for employer branding through the clear, accurate and timely communication with the internal and external customers
