PROFESSIONAL QUALIFICATION / EXPERIENCE
· A Finance professional preferably a CA with 3 + years of exposure in Auditing and Financial Reporting and Budgeting Planning and Analysis in a leading bank.
PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE & JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
· Collaborate on strategic and business planning and provide strategic recommendations to the management staff on financial issues, including financial analysis and projections, cost identification and allocations, and revenue and expense analysis.
· Collaborate with the management staff to develop and manage annual budget that balances all projected income streams against forecasted expenses.
· Present timely financial statements and budget analysis monthly to the Board.
· Prepare monthly financial statements, including balance sheet, activity statement, operating budget and reconciliations.
· Prepare key management reports and analysis to inform management, coordinate due diligence activities, oversee annual audit, and ensure compliance with all reporting entities, including investors, foundations, and public and private financial institutions.
· Effectively manage the ongoing cash and liquidity needs for loan funds, program funds, and operating accounts.
· Personal maturity and interpersonal skills must include a demonstrated ability to deal effectively with diverse constituents, internal staff, board members and professionals from the fields of accounting, legal, banking.
· Capacity to manage multiple and competing priorities in a rapidly-changing environment.
· Solid financial accounting, statement preparation, budgeting, reporting and analytical skills as well as proven cash management skills.
· Proven expertise in Microsoft Excel with ability to manipulate and manage large amounts of data.
· Experience in maintaining accounting and other financial reporting software.
· Strong written and verbal skills.
