JOB SPECIFICATIONS
• MBA or Masters
KNOWLEDGE AND COMPETENCIES
• Must be computer proficient.
• Developed communication (written and verbal) both in Urdu and English (any other regional language is a plus)
• Proven leadership skills
• Trainings in sales management and customer services would be a plus.
• Excellent understanding of market
• Good interpersonal skills
• Excellent presentation skills
• Excellent interpersonal skills
WORK EXPERIENCE
• 3-5 years experience of managing direct/ indirect sale team. Must be target oriented.
• Approximately 2 years of managerial experience preferably in Telecom, ISPs, IT or FMCG, corporate or banking.
ANY OTHER FACTORS:
• Candidates having diverse experience are preferred.
• Honest and balanced personality
• Have the will and spark to cope with the challenging environment.
