Responsible to oversee a growing team of CSRs in a 24/7 operation, aimed at delivering excellent customer care meeting SLA requirements
Excellent communication skills (oral and written English) with strong team and interpersonal skills and proven experience in managing teams.
Strong customer orientation , computer proficiency, especially in the use of web based systems.
Drive to learn, analyze and solve problems
Preferably a degree in business studies·
