Internee CSR required

This person would answer our Customer support number during U.S. business hours and talk to clients on behalf of the company.

This position would require:

- Perfect English speaking with little or no accent

- High level of internet user competence. They don't need to program or build sites, but they'd need to learn how to use the DotNetNuke Content Management System in the way a client would use it to login and make changes to their website.

- Ability to use software similar to MS Word to make minor content changes to websites

- Ability to write website copy would be a plus

Duties would include:

- Answering phone calls and directing them to the appropriate person.

- Discussing our company's products and abilities intelligently

- Taking support requests over the phone and entering them into our Support Ticket system

- Making minor content changes to client websites using DNN.

- They would also be doing some similar tasks to position #1 above

- They may also be asked to do similar administrative tasks on behalf of our real estate business.
