Experience
Bachelor of Technology / Engineering - Electrical
15 -20 years of experience in Switchgear(LV/MV) manufacturing
Facilities. Out of which 2 to 3 years experience in C&R relay
panel would be preferred.
Professional Exp
· Hands on experience in LV and MV Panel Type Testing
· Good understanding of IEC Standards related to LV and MV Switchgear
· Management of team of Electrical and mechanical design engineers and draughts men in their routines.
· Plan the resources and allocate the jobs and monitoring as percustomer schedule. Jobs include Preparation of
GA, SLD and Schematic for approval. Upon approval release of BOQ for Procurement and release of shop floor
drawings and instructions
· Management of QA/QC function like inward inspection and FAT
· Responding to all technical queries from the tendering stage to Customer inspection. Technical Solution for
customer site issues.
· Coordinating with Clients / Consultants and suppliers on all Technical matters
· Evaluate and Develop new products in the manufacturing range
· Standardisation of the design functioning time to time.
· Should be very good team player who can work independently and take decisions within the guide lines.
SERVICE MANAGER

15 -20 years of experience in Servicing and trouble shooting
Switchgear (LV/MV) Transformers, motor, Relays and other
Electrical.
Professional Exp
· Should have hands on experience in Substation Electrics Substation Automation.
· Prime ability in handling Annual Maintenance Contract of Substation and Substation automation.
· Down Time management skill
· Awareness of Electrical Safety and standards
· Identification of Emergency spares requirement and inventory management
· Should be very good team player who can work independently and take decisions within the guide lines.
· Should have commending experience in leading a group of Engineers.
· Maintenance activities involves preventive and emergency Maintenance, attending faults, analysis and trouble
shooting of Faults in LV and MV Switchgear , Transformers etc
· Retrofit of LV & MV Switchgear and circuit breakers, refurbish-ment of Switchgear panel.
· Installation, testing, commissioning of complete LV & MV Switchgears and transformers.
· On line and Offline testing and data collection, residual life assessment of transformers.
· On field supervision of service activities such as defects repairs of operating mechanism of circuit breakers,
contactors etc, routine testing of LV & MV switchgear, protective relays and transformers
