Functional Skills/Knowledge Areas: -Requirement Analysis of Telenor-s Trouble Ticketing System / Request Management System.
-Design and implementation of Trouble Ticketing System / Request Management System
-Coordination with vendor support for resolving issues related to TTS/RMS Systems.
-Provide Integration Services with Fault and Performance Management Systems and support for the integrations.
-Coordinate with user line functions for support on TTS/RMS Applications.
-Provide support to NOC for deployment and visibility of TTS/RMS System Client Applications.
-Troubleshooting and rectification of faults on the TTS/RMS Systems.
- Documentation of processes & procedures; Generation of regular reports regarding the performance of TTS/RMS Systems.
-Conducting PAT for new development and implementing handover checklist to newly commissioned workflows and service automations
