· Knowledge of Test Director, SDLC, Familiar with QA techniques.
· Must have knowledge of IBM Rational Products.
· Knowledge of Desktop Application Development and Flex will be a plus.
· Bachelors / Masters in Computer Sciences
· 2+ years experience of software testing and technical writing.
