Senior Officer, Office Management - Rausing Executive Development Centre
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintaining reports for program evaluations;
- Maintaining all records (HR) of REDC’s staff and providing support in implementing training plans;
- Handling Management Trainee Program;
- Setting up meetings with clients on campus and off campus;
- Maintaining and updating database of important REDC’s contacts and greetings cards/related mail;
- Developing and maintaining manual of operating procedures;
- Handling and processing all travel related requests;
- Providing day-to-day Office coordination amongst the staff members;
- Scheduling and coordinating internal events and meetings;
- Coordinating with HR for all HR related issues; and
- Carrying out any other duties as assigned by the Director REDC.
- Four years Bachelors or Masters degree from an HEC recognized University;
- Ideal candidate should have 3-5 years of experience in working with international agencies;
- Experience of Office Administration and event management would be a definite plus;
- Good understanding of executive education programmes would be an added advantage;
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills; and
- Must be proficient in MS Office.
