·         4 years experience in training/educational field

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES & SKILLS REQUIRED      
·         Liaise with departments' heads to understand all necessary aspects and needs of staff training and development and to ensure they are fully informed of training and development objectives and purposes.
·         Maintain awareness and knowledge of training and development theory and methods and provide suitable interpretation to directors, managers and staff within the organization.
·         Review training activities in other departments, assess training needs of staff in collaboration with departments' heads and recommend methods and means to elevate their knowledge and skills.
·         Liaise and coordinate with other departments' heads and education coordinators in regard to providing and conducting special training activities as needed.
·         Participate in planning training activities with education coordinators and department heads and manage it via external provider when necessary.
·         Liaise and coordinate with the external provider in regard to delivering training activities as needed.
·         Review and evaluate the courses contents, instructors, setup, and performance.
·         Maintain logistical support for training activities by scheduling and coordinating training venues, transport, and accommodation, room set up, instructors, announcements, prints and AV equipments.
·         Maintain records to include, but not limited to activities held, trainees, attendance, and performance and generate reports as needed.
·         Participate in evaluating the effectiveness of training activities using methods such as surveys, questionnaires and interviews then use the results to plan future courses or to amend the existing ones.
·         Recommend and develop related policies and procedures.
·         Serve as a representative for Training and Development department in related committees and boards.
·         Speak in public and present information about Training and Development.
