Chief Financial Officer required

We are seeking an experienced and motivated individual to head the finance and accounting operations of our globally distributed enterprise.

The CFO will be responsible for:

Business and financial strategy and planning, monitoring, management and reporting, including management
and development of policies, systems, and processes.
Reporting and accounting as per regulatory and legal requirements.
Overseeing of budget, tax, and audit activities of the organization.
Financial staff management, motivation, training, recruitment and selection.
Participation in corporate level negotiations and providing financial oversight and management of the
company's contracts and agreements.
Management of strategy for and liaison with investors and business analysts community.

The position requires a CA/CPA degree and 10 years of relevant experience, preferably in a multinational corporate environment. In addition, excellent communication and strong leadership skills
are a must. Location: Lahore
