The ideal candidate should be:
· A dynamic enterprising CA finalist from a reputable CA firm, having excellent interpersonal skills, initiative and drive.
· Having an in-depth knowledge of Corporate Laws and Secretarial practices.
· Having 2 to 4 years experience in the Finance department of a listed company.
