We have been doing Application Development for more than 5 years. We work on leading edge projects including custom development for our US clients in .NET, J2EE, Delphi , IBM WebSphere etc. We have most Fortune 500 companies as our clients including IBM, Microsoft, Motorola, Discovery Channel, Wal Greens, ABN AMRO Bank, ADT Security etc. Currently we’re hiring Senior Java/J2EE Developers for few of our projects.

Requirments
Ø Strong JAVA/J2EE skills;
Ø Experience with object oriented development using UML;
Ø Strong knowledge in Java, EJB, RMI, JDBC, JNDI, JSP, Servlets, XML, HTML.
Ø 4 years of working experience with Struts or some other framework to implement J2EE based web application.
Ø Good understanding of Open Source technologies like Ant, Log4J, JUnit etc
Ø Database experience with SQL server;
Ø Knowledge of design patterns such as Factory, Singleton, etc.;
Ø Strong knowledge of XML, XSL and other internet technologies a must;
Ø Experience using Rational Software Architect is preferred;
Ø Excellent oral & written communication Must

As part of the employment, Candidates will get hands on experience at the IBM facilities working with the state of the art technology side by side with the IBM experts.
