Core Purpose of Job:
The Programmer Analyst shall be required to analyze user requirements and develop programs, test programs and produce documentation for application systems. He will also be required to support implementation of application and maintain the programs. He would adhere to the group methods and standards for all his work.
Activities:
· Analyze, Design, Build and test applications.
· Prepare the documentation like, Technical Specifications, User Reference Manual, Test scripts.
· Assist System Analyst to communicate with users for the User Acceptance test.
· Assist System Analyst in moving application from development to production after QC Release.
· Giving technical advice to Programmers.
Qualifications: Essential
· Minimum Graduate, preferably post-graduate.
· Qualification in Computer Sciences, Computer Application.
· Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in application development.
· Experience under RDBMS and preferably under GUI based development tools.
· Familiarity with formal development methodologies, including working with CASE tools.
· Good written & verbal communication skills person with initiative and methodological working.
· English language.
