Degree(s)/Major(s): B.SC/BE CIVIL/ Electrical Engineering or Equivalent (Bachelor Degree)
Experience Required: 5 or more years of relevant experience
Functional Skills/Knowledge Areas: - Secure tch availability,dcr, mpd and cssr above target values of respective region
- Ensure refueling expenses as per generator hours
- Ensure electricity expenses as per site design type
- Improve control on preventive /corrective maintenance expenses
- Ensure deployment and o&m of cost saving initiatives
- Ensure realization of cost saving initiatives
- Secure excellent preventive maintenance by vendors and subcontractors measured through pm score card and oar management
- Periodic reporting to rm fops on performance of each subcontractor
- Recommendations for the imposition of liquidated damages /penalties against non performance of vendors and subcontractors
- Quality roll out as per agreed plan
- Secure technical trainings, od trainings and carry out mentoring sessions with the team members
- Resolve crd noc complaints, worst cells resolution and hardware issues rectification as per agreed tat
- Timely work order implementation for network modification activities
