Role: General Manager
Location: Karachi, Pakistan
Reporting to: COO
Division: Power
Key Responsibilities:
* Manage P&L of the Power Division
* Increase market share for Innovative
* Develop long term strategies for market leadership of APC/Innovative
* Develop sales and marketing plans
* Hire, train and manage team for executing sales and marketing plans
* Manage product portfolio of the Power Division
* Manage relationship with principals
Education: Master preferably MBA
Experience: 10 years (B2B marketing & sales of IT products/software/UPS/ATM machines/Routers/Switches etc)
Proven leadership skills:
* Ability to drive sales nationwide
* Excellent presentation, communication, management and analytical skills
