Three positions of Service Quality Assurance Coordinator/officer:
Specification:
* Monitoring of S&Q benchmarks.
* Conduct Customer surveys, spot checks etc.
* Conduct trainings/workshops for branch staff/others
* Conduct mystery shopping.
* Monitoring of training session.
* MIS maintenance & report submission to the S&Q Analyst.
* Regular input in S&Q manuals/booklets (formulate new manuals).
* Highlighting gaps (with cause & effect analysis) to the analyst for improvement and assist in minimizing.
Education:
* MBA Marketing.
Experience:
* 2 to 5 Years of Business Development.
Skills:
* Has extensive customer service experience.
* Proficient in Microsoft applications.
* Has branch banking experience / knowledge.
* Extensive knowledge of SPB products.
* Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
* Good analytical skills.
* Must be fluent in English.
* Excellent Communication verbal & nonverbal.
* Excellent Interpersonal skills.
* Highly motivated.
Salary & Benefits: 16K to 100K (Commensurate with qualification, essential skills and experience).
