We require demonstrable skills equivalent to roughly two years of hands-on experience in the following areas:
- ColdFusion application development
- MS SQL database architecture design
- MS SQL query design
- HTML
- CSS
- JavaScript
The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented and possess a strong drive to deliver high-quality, consistent results in a timely manner. We are seeking an individual who will thrive in an unstructured, entrepreneurial, fast-paced environment. We maintain a relaxed and comfortable atmosphere but have aggressive development schedules and stress high levels of productivity. Experience in dynamic company environments where priorities change frequently is highly preferred. Should be willing to adapt and learn new technologies and techniques as necessary.
The responsibilities of this position include:
- Participating in the architecture, design and development of core components, new features and enhancements for numerous in-house web development projects
- Supporting and maintaining existing applications, including bug fixes and troubleshooting as well as functionality additions and modifications
- Assisting the application development team in the analysis of production-level issues
- Brainstorming solutions and then executing the details to deliver solutions
- Handling multiple projects simultaneously with continually evolving priorities |
